At ILMC we have an extensive review process for all of our designs to make sure they fit your cover exactly the way you intended. We understand that sometimes we may not see eye to eye on a design, or perhaps the design is just not possible at the moment. We never want anyone to leave our website and not feel like they have gotten the best possible cover or design. If we have already started on the design and sent proofs and you want to cancel, there will be a 30% cancellation fee based on your order. If you wish to cancel before any work was done, we will refund the full amount.

Refunds are only offered during the design process and not after the order has be completed and delivered. If your order has been delivered and you need edits or changes, please contact our design team and we will be more than happy to work with you.
